DCMO (Don't Count Me Out) is rooted in the belief that every young man deserves structure, opportunity, and a real chance to succeed. DCMO exists to interrupt the pathway into the juvenile justice system and replace it with a pathway toward purpose.
Designed for Young Men Who Deserve Better
DCMO is an all-male program serving young men ages 10–18 who are at risk of system involvement, struggling in school, or facing environmental and behavioral challenges. Rather than waiting for failure, DCMO steps in early — providing structured daily programming that combines education, behavioral support, life skills, and mentorship in one unified approach. After hours, DCMO also extends its mission to adult males in the community.
